Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

ZAIDIEU LLC ships footwear and related products internationally through established logistics partners. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, duties, and delivery issues are handled.

Order Processing

Orders may be subject to payment verification, fraud screening, inventory confirmation, and product-quality checks before shipment.

An order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that fulfillment has been completed or that the order has shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible.

Delivery Estimates

Any shipping or delivery timeframe shown on our website is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise.

International delivery can occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions, remote-area handling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable law requires us to notify you of a shipping delay, offer cancellation, or provide a refund because an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will honor those requirements.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

For orders identified by ZAIDIEU as being shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), the import duties and import taxes normally charged as part of ordinary customs clearance are handled by ZAIDIEU.

For a correctly processed DDP shipment, the customer should not be required to pay an additional import-duty or import-tax charge in order to receive the package.

If a carrier unexpectedly requests payment specifically for import duty or import tax on an order sold as DDP, please contact support@zaidieuda.com before making payment so that we can investigate.

DDP does not necessarily cover costs caused by circumstances attributable to the recipient, such as:

  • storage charges caused by failure to respond to the carrier or customs authority;
  • address-correction charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • re-delivery or return-to-sender costs caused by repeated failed delivery attempts;
  • penalties or costs resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer; or
  • other charges not constituting ordinary import duty or import tax.

Customs Information

Depending on the destination country, a carrier or customs authority may require the recipient to provide identification, a tax number, date of birth, address confirmation, or other information necessary to complete customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for reasonably cooperating with lawful customs and carrier requirements. A request for identification or clearance information does not necessarily mean that additional import tax or duty is payable.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact support@zaidieuda.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Where permitted by law, costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be deducted from a refund or charged before re-shipment.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, tracking information will be sent to the contact information associated with the order or made available through the order-tracking experience on our website.

Carrier tracking events may occasionally update with a delay.

Delivery

Customers should monitor tracking and make reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment where necessary.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, building management, reception areas, parcel lockers, and nearby safe-delivery locations before contacting us.

Where appropriate, ZAIDIEU will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, ZAIDIEU will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.

Returned-to-Sender Shipments

If a shipment is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed to provide required customs information, or repeatedly failed to accept delivery, additional shipping, storage, return, or re-shipment costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping Delays

If we learn that we cannot ship an order within a timeframe that we specifically promised, we may contact the customer with a revised timeframe and, where required by applicable law, provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
