These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZAIDIEU website and purchases made from ZAIDIEU LLC.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

The Wyoming address above is a business address and should not be used for merchandise returns unless ZAIDIEU specifically instructs you to do so.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

If you place an order on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product titles, photographs, colors, style codes, specifications, and other product information.

However, screen settings may display colors differently, packaging can vary between production runs or regions, and manufacturers may make minor packaging or production changes.

A minor packaging variation that does not materially change the identity, authenticity, or essential characteristics of a product does not necessarily make that product defective or misdescribed.

4. Authenticity

ZAIDIEU’s policy is to offer only authentic merchandise.

We source through established and trusted supply channels and use product identity information, style codes, physical characteristics, packaging information, and other indicators as part of our sourcing and quality-control process.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that ZAIDIEU has finally accepted or fulfilled it.

ZAIDIEU may refuse or cancel an order before shipment where reasonably necessary because of:

• inventory or availability errors;
• obvious pricing or listing errors;
• suspected fraud or unauthorized payment use;
• payment failure;
• sanctions, compliance, or legal requirements;
• inability to verify required order information; or
• other legitimate operational reasons.

If ZAIDIEU cancels a paid order before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method unless the law requires a different method.

6. Pricing Errors

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, errors can occur.

Where a price is clearly erroneous, ZAIDIEU may cancel the affected order before shipment and refund the payment.

ZAIDIEU will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s consent.

7. Payment

By placing an order, you authorize ZAIDIEU and its payment-service providers to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Orders may be subject to payment verification, risk screening, and anti-fraud checks.

8. Suspected Fraud

ZAIDIEU may request reasonable verification information before fulfilling a transaction that presents elevated fraud or payment risk.

We may decline or cancel an order where transaction information reasonably indicates fraud, unauthorized payment use, account takeover, automated purchasing abuse, false delivery information, or other unlawful activity.

9. Shipping

Shipping, tracking, customs, duties, taxes, delivery estimates, and returned-to-sender shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, withdrawal rights, defective-goods claims, size and fit issues, authenticity concerns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Where mandatory consumer law provides greater rights than our store policy, the mandatory legal rights prevail.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, selected size, delivery address, and order information before completing checkout.

Customers must not knowingly provide false information in connection with an order, return, payment dispute, authenticity claim, delivery claim, or customer-support request.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website to:

• commit fraud or other unlawful acts;
• misuse payment credentials;
• impersonate another person;
• submit knowingly false claims;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with website security;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer accounts; or

ZAIDIEU-owned branding, original text, original graphics, software, layout, and original photographs or media created by or for ZAIDIEU may be protected by intellectual-property law.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on third-party providers for ecommerce hosting, payments, fraud prevention, logistics, communications, analytics, and other services.

ZAIDIEU is not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAIDIEU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or a transaction with ZAIDIEU where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory guarantees, or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms and transactions with ZAIDIEU LLC are governed by the laws applicable to ZAIDIEU LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s country or region where those protections cannot legally be waived.

17. Changes to These Terms

ZAIDIEU may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or service changes.

The version posted at the time of an order will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
