DDP shipping — duties & import taxes included

Eligible international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and applicable import taxes charged as part of ordinary customs clearance are handled by ZAIDIEU, so you should not be asked to pay an additional duty or import-tax charge when your order is delivered.

Estimated delivery: 8–25 days after dispatch

Delivery time may vary by destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, public holidays, or remote-area handling. A carrier or customs authority may still request identification, a tax number, or address confirmation when required to complete clearance.

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, ZAIDIEU does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges solely because the wrong size was selected, the fit is not as expected, another size or color is preferred, or the customer changes their mind.

If an item arrives wrong, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, contact our support team as soon as reasonably possible and keep the product, original shoe box, labels, accessories, and shipping packaging available for review.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or region remain unaffected.
